Bahia Flour Sea Salt is an ultra-fine, powder-grade sea salt produced in Mexico. It is obtained through solar evaporation of seawater, then milled, dried, and sieved to achieve a fine powder consistency, with the majority of particles passing through US mesh 200 and into the pan. The product has a sodium chloride purity of 99.50% minimum (dry basis) and includes sodium ferrocyanide as an anti-caking agent and silicon dioxide as a free-flowing agent, ensuring consistent flowability and resistance to clumping.
