Bahia Coarse Crystal Sea Salt is a granulated, large-grain sea salt produced in Mexico. It is obtained through solar evaporation of seawater, then milled, dried, and sieved to produce robust, coarse crystals. The bulk of the particle distribution is retained on US mesh 20 (70–100%), with up to 30% retained on mesh 8, giving it a visibly chunky, granulated appearance. The product has a sodium chloride purity of 99.50% minimum (dry basis) and contains sodium ferrocyanide as an anti-caking agent to maintain free flow.
